優しい辛さと甘みで白いご飯によく合います♪

It's spicy but mild and sweet so it goes well with rice.

韓国風甘辛チキン＝ヤンニョムチキン

korean style sweet and spicy chicken is called " Yangnyeom chicken"

なのですが、

『ヤンニョム』ってどういう意味・・？

What's the meaning of "Yangnyeom".

ヤンニョムは、韓国料理の味付けに使う

Yangnyeom is used Korean food seasoning

薬味や調味料を混ぜて作る合わせ調味料

Mix condiments with seasoning as mixed seasoning.

のことです！

漢字だと❝薬念❞と書きます。

Yagnyeom is 薬念 in kanji

日本で言う❝薬味❞で、ネギ、ニンニク、

Japanese think that yakumi needs the leek,the garlic

ショウガ、唐辛子は欠かせません！

今日のように鶏肉と合わせても美味しい
