ところで、なぜクリスマスにはチキンを食べるようになったのか知っていますか？

クリスマスのイベントはアメリカから日本に広がりました。

アメリカではかつてお祝いのときには七面鳥をローストしたものをご馳走として出すのが主流で、そこからクリスマスに七面鳥を食べる習慣がつきました。

しかし日本で七面鳥を食べることは難しかったため、代わりにチキンをローストして食べるようになったようです。

ちなみに、クリスマス＝フライドチキンをイメージするのは『ケンタッキーフライドチキン』の広告の影響だそうですよ！

そしておやつはべりーのロールケーキでした(^^♪
