千葉県では政府に「まん延防止」の適用を要請し、
明日にも正式に適用が決定されるそうです。
これまで通りマスクの着用、手洗い、換気など
自分たちで出来ることを心掛けましょうね(>_<)

ちゃんぽんが誕生したのは100年以上も前の明治時代と言われています。
長崎県の中華料理店「四海楼」の創業者が、
貧しい中国人留学生のために安くて栄養のある食べ物を
食べさせてあげたいという思いから生まれました。
もともと、日本で開港地として栄えた長崎では、
外来文化の影響を受けた独自の文化が根付いていました。
そのためちゃんぽんの語源には、
中国語で「ご飯を食べましたか」という意味の「シャンポン」が語源になっている説や、
ポルトガル語の「混ぜる」を意味する「ちゃんぽん」がなまったものなど、
諸説あると言われています。
そして、全国にはさまざまなご当地ちゃんぽんがあり、
"日本三大（長崎・小浜・天草）ちゃんぽん"と言われているものまで！
奥が深いです。。ちゃんぽん。。
